**Sequential assignment of records

**Assignment Group Criteria determined by native “Assignment Rule” functionality. No coding necessary to make changes.

**Group members can be inactivated out-of-the office, not working during specific hours, on PTO across all Assignment Groups.

**User can be part of more than one Assignment Group. Record assignment is independent across those groups

**Fast processing time, due to Apex Code for managing assignment
