ONESOURCE FOR SALESFORCE TRIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

The downloading of the OneSource for Salesforce Application and the trial use of the OneSource for Salesforce service is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. The trial period is for a period of seven (7) days from the date that User signs up for the trial service.

2. THE ACCOUNT APPLICATION IS PROVIDED BY ONESOURCE ON AN "AS IS" BASIS AND IS TO BE INSTALLED AT THE DOWNLOADER’S SOLE RISK. ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE )ARE DISCLAIMED.
