Key documents can be centrally managed and rapidly delivered to the sales force, channels, and partners. Feedback such as sales comments and customer requests can be provided directly to marketing. The service combines collaboration, document management, document analytics, and Salesforce integration into a single solution. Deep Salesforce integration allows Salesforce users to be able to view their contacts and log emails in their activity history. ShareFree has been developed for Salesforce customers who need greater functionality than the Salesforce document tab. ShareMethods has received high scores for usability from eWeek and InfoWorld. The company was also recognized with salesforce.com in the InfoWorld Top 100 for one of the Best IT Projects of 2004 and as one of the CRM WizKids for 2006 by CRM analyst Denis Pombriant.
