Description

Using our simple four step process, sales teams can save time by easily creating, editing and sharing MS Word, PDF or HTML documents online using custom templates populated with data from Salesforce. Final documents are automatically associated with the contact and opportunity and can be directly emailed or optionally sent out for electronic or written signature using the EchoSign signature process– all from within Salesforce.

Marketers are likewise empowered to easily and quickly create, manage and share marketing documents online such as newsletters, press releases and product brochures. Also, support teams can create FAQs and product management groups can create and manage requirements materials.

ShareOffice® offers a suite of online editors like Google Docs, but built on top of a secure enterprise document management system with functions such as version control, full text search, roles and permissions, in a SAS 70 II environment.
