Terms of Service
Your use of the Zoominfo.com service (the "Service") is governed by Your company's services agreement with Zoom Information Inc. and the following Terms of Service (collectively, the "Terms"). By using the Service, You are confirming Your agreement to all of the Terms.
1. Use of the ZoomInfo.com Service . Except as authorized by Zoom Information in writing, You may not modify, copy, distribute, display, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information or content contained in the ZoomInfo.com web site. You may not develop or derive for commercial sale any data in any form whatsoever that incorporates or uses any part of the Service. You hereby are granted the right to store, print and/or email a limited number of personal or company profiles from the ZoomInfo.com database as are necessary for Your company's internal business purposes. Under no circumstances may any ZoomInfo.com data be sold or otherwise transferred in any form.
Zoom Information will utilize reasonable commercial efforts to provide the Service on a 24/7 basis, but it shall not be responsible for any disruption in Your access to the Service, regardless of length. Furthermore, Zoom Information shall not be liable for losses or damages You may incur due to any errors or omissions in any content or any inaccurate interpretations of data, or due to Your inability to access data due to a disruption of Service. Zoom Information will utilize reasonable commercial efforts to protect the integrity of data collected by You and stored with the Service. Zoom Information shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from total or partial loss of Your data or from any corruption of Your data.
2. User Responsibilities : In using the Service, You agree not to: (1) Knowingly transmit any information, data, images or other materials that is unlawful, harmful, vulgar or the like, or any material that infringes any intellectual property right, including but not limited to patent, trademark or other proprietary rights of any third party; (2) Violate any applicable law; (3) Violate or attempt to violate the security of ZoomInfo.com; (4) Provide Your ZoomInfo.com username and password to any other person; (5) Reverse engineer or disassemble any portion of the service; or (6) Interfere with the Service by overloading, flooding, or using browsers, spiders, robots, avatars or the like to navigate or search any portion of the ZoomInfo.com website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your password and username and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under Your password and username.
Zoom Information recommends that You confirm the accuracy of any data You may desire to use by clicking on the appropriate adjacent links to the original cached sources of that material. You assume sole responsibility for knowledge of, and compliance with, all anti-spam laws and acknowledge that You are solely responsible for the manner and purpose for which You use information gathered, obtained or downloaded from the Zoom Information Database.
You agree that You will not use and will not allow any third party to use any information obtained through the Service as a factor in establishing an individual's eligibility for credit or insurance for personal, family or household purposes.
3. Termination . Zoom Information shall have the right in its sole discretion to terminate Your ability to access the Service at any time without notice and for any or no reason.
4. Disclaimers and Limitations: You assume all responsibility and risk for Your use of the Service. The Service and information provided on it are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, and Zoom Information expressly disclaims any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of third party rights. ZoomInfo.com does not assume any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information used or disclosed on the Service. In no event shall Zoom Information be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with Your use of the Service or with the delay or inability to use it. Some states or jurisdictions do not allow for a limitation on incidental damages and thus the above limitation may not apply to You. If this limitation of liability or the exclusion of warranty set forth above is held inapplicable or unenforceable for any reason, Zoom Information's maximum liability for any type of damages shall be limited to $100.
