LIST TOP 3 IDEAS THAT OUR ORGANIZATION WOULD LIKE TO HAVE IN THE NEXT RELEASE Voting for ideas is good but it only shows how many are interested in having that functionlity. It does not really say how important it is for the organization to have that implemented in a short timeframe. The problem is that you are only allowed to add 10 points and therefore cannot add more points to your "must have" functionality then functionality that would be "nice to have". Also ideas with high visibility (such as popular ideas) will probably get more votes, even though they may not be the best ideas, just because they are easy to find. Why not add a new top 3 ideas list to the idea exchange connected to the user. This top 3 ideas list would allow the user to add the most important ideas that our organization wants to have implemented ASAP. It would also be nice if you could see other users top three ideas.
