Ability to merge Accounts and Contacts that have Customer Portal enabled
Delivered in Summer '09
If Contact or Account has Customer Portal enabled only allowing system admin or someone with Manager Users perms can merge. It would be less time consuming if we allowed the Account Owner to merge these records (keeping the records that contain the Customer Portal information).

Re-associate Customer Portal Contact with Account without changing username/password
We have a lot of Accounts with same name, and some Contacts may have been created on wrong Account. Currently, in order to change the Account for a customer portal enabled Contact, you end up having to change the login for the Customer Portal User. This is complicated and more importantly confusing for the Customer Portal User since s/he will get a new login email and wonder why.
