It would be REALLY nice to be able to deploy Pop Up Help Text for dashboard components. This feature would go along the theme increase the ease of use of the sfdc deployment, which of course increases adoption and ultimately success. A simple text box on the dashboard component that admins can fill out would suffice. FTW!
