Everyone who publishes a listing on the AppExchange receives leads, and you can choose which scenarios generate leads. If you have the License Management App (LMA) installed, you can configure default license settings so that every time a customer installs your app you receive a license record in the organization where you installed the LMA. Leads and license records are completely independent of one another.
